All Projectiles Are Elden Stars

forces every projectile to last 0. 01 seconds and spawn a player elden stars projectile when it "dies".

excludes elden beast's elden stars

This was about as braindead of a mod as possible, all I did was use Smithbox to mass edit all the values.
