T1'S FREEZING PIPEBOMB
This mod allows you to purchase a blueprint from the vendor at the Town Hall.
It lets you craft custom freezing pipebombs (10 at a time) that freezes (then kills) the infected and npc's.
Player is unaffected by the freezing area... for the most part...
NOTE: Always make a backup of your save file before using mods for this game...
NOTE: If you have another .pak file that has the same name as this .pak (data2.pak) then rename this .pak appropriately.
