Special Weapons Blueprints

Are you tired of cycling shops over and over trying to get The Legacy katana? Have you ever gotten a Legendary weapon from a loot pack and was disappointed that it didn't come with a blueprint? Do you wish you could get a crossbow early on without doing the ridiculously high level quest Hunting Yaga? Then this mod is for you!

Special Weapons Blueprints adds blueprints for weapons that are only acquired randomly through loot packs, shops or don't have a blueprint in the first place. To hell with RNG!

The list of blueprints added is:

  []The Duelist

  []The Separator

  []The Maimer

  []The Goose

  []The Cleaver

  []The Piercer

  []Medieval Mace

  []Medieval Hammer

  []Hunting Knife

  []Sanctuary

  []Stiletto

  []Zen

  You'll find these at Doug's shop (Town Hall) and Jenna's shop (Exile's Cave).

  Now, here comes the controversial part. There's a saying that goes "The more you have of something, the less special it becomes". Because these weapons are as hard to come by as they are, it must be said that they have a level of prestige to them. So to maintain some of this prestige, I have decided to price all the blueprints at 12,000 (except for The Piercer at 10,000). This may seem harsh but think about it, most weapon blueprints in the game are found within challenges. Whether its a dark zone, a high level area or a quest. You're meant to rely on whatever random weapons you find while exploring. making blueprint weapons a luxury you can't always afford as well as a hallmark to how far you have come. So having 20 options to choose from at the start kinda breaks the survival aspect of the game.

  But FEAR NOT!!! If you don't like the high prices, I've got you covered. There are three options to choose from:

  • []Base - All blueprints are priced at 12,000 (except for The Piercer at 10,000).

    []Regular - All blueprints are priced at 1200 (except for The Piercer at 900).

    []Quick - All blueprints are priced at 1 and ALL are available at Doug's shop (Town Hall).

    Installation

    Choose one version and place the "data.pak" file in this directory:  "Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Dying Light The Beast\ph_ft\source". If you have another mod with the same number after "data", you can change it to any number from 2-7.
