📋 About This Mod
Brings back the removed desaturation when on street level.
Have you ever noticed how weird the streets look compared to everything else? The colors are off, and everything feels out of place, like it was supposed to look a certain way instead.
Well, that's because it was. On older versions of the game, being on street level would place a filter on the screen that made everything look desaturated and dry, which was very fitting for the enviroment and the zombies roaming around it.
This, like many, many other things, was completely disabled (presumably for being too cool and awesome), with no simple way to enable it again.
This mod simply switches on the files responsible for the street colorgrading, bringing this small detail back from the dead.
Reminder: This mod does not change the general colorgrading of the game. You will only see the filter when on street level.
(I'm not sure exactly why no one really bothered to bring this back considering the outcry for "le grittyness", but oh well.)
Place "data2.pak" in your Dying Light 2/ph/source folder. Change the "2" to another unused number if you already have a data2 (max of 7). If all your numbers are taken, put the files inside the mod in one of your modded datapaks.
