Bloody good time

Miss the good old days when hitting a zombie felt like... well, hitting a zombie?

This isn't some ground-breaking new code written from scratch in a secret bunker. This is alove letter to the original gore mod by the legend tornastho. We took his incredible base work and gave it a little tweak—think of it as adding extra hot sauce to an already delicious burrito. HUGE thanks for tornas for giving me permission to release the mod :)

What’s the deal? We missed the specific "oomph" from the earlier versions of the game (pre-1. 15), so we dove into tornastho's files and adjusted the values to bring back that specific visual flair.

More Blood? Yes.

Better Dismemberment? You bet.

- increased dust particle flow

- more blood splatters

- blood now pours from neck like a fountain

- added new strings for 'scratch' wounds

- activated lines in the mod that were OFF in vanilla ( more blood basically)

- slightly increased weapon sway brightness

I cannot stress this enough: I am standing on the shoulders of a giant. This mod is 99% the genius of tornastho. All credit goes to them for building the framework that allows us to mess around with these settings. I just tweaked the knobs. If you see tornastho, buy them a digital drink.

INSTALL: Rename to data3 (or any number between 2 and 7).
