This is a Unique Save Game. It's a New Game Plus Mode yet it is as if you started a Fresh New Game. Nothing is carried over.
Look at pics to better understand what I mean. Also you start where you can play co-op and you cannot make med. packs. How did this happen? Honestly I don't know, and sorry for the Med Packs thing. You can still find med packs and later on a side-quest the reward is a type of Med. Pack Blueprint.
