AGt's Warsaw Pact character pack

It is time to curb the lawlessness of the wasteland with the iron fist of the people! 21 characters to begin your journey with or to recruit in the bar! My Soviet Weapons mod is required as they get those as starting weaponry. Currently added: 1) Offizier - NVA officer decent starting negotiator; 2) Prapor - Soviet NCO who knows how to get things. If you can't get them - use "smekalka" and craft them! 3) Glavny - strong leader who can stand against the enemy also very good at negotiations (yep, he may be the one responsible for "all that sorry cataclysm we all observe"; 4) Medsestra - supporting character; 5) Radistka - supporting character; 6) Krasnoarmeyets - basic infantry; 7) Spetsnaz - a bit OP in combat, but lacks in soft skills. 8) Morpeh - a bit OP in combat, but lacks in soft skills; 9) Razvedchik - a bit less OP, a better at softskills; 10) Desantnik - a bit OP in combat, but lacks in soft skills; 11) Grenzer - not too OP, he's your animal handler; 12) Snaipersha - she snipes; 13) Mekhvod - he is your top mechanic and driver. 14) Gefreiter (regular frontline soldier); 15) Prizyvnik (regular frontline soldier); 16) Motostrelok (regular frontline soldier); 17) Opolchenka (just a good girl that joined the Militia); 18) Tankistka (female Mekhvod); 19) Mayor (Offiziers comrade-in-arms); 20) Boyets (close-quarter fighter); 21) OsNaz (less OP brother of Spetsnaz); 22) War Machine (OP combat android model "Werter"). My first attempt to add characters to the game. Hopefully one CAN indeed meet them at the bar!
