AGt's New Ecomomic Policy and Industrialisation

Are you sick and tired of your routine Dustland's War Communism? Now it is time for change! Now your entrepreneurial skills can be better put to good use with this "New Economic Policy"! What does it actually do? Firstly, it allows you to rent out those appartments you've built! Hire managers and put them to work to bring you rent scrap every day! Secondly, adds more jobs to certain buildings and more job diversity. Now your procurement office can procure nearly every basic resource in the game! Now that's what we call procurement! And you can also allow someone else to trade and simply levy taxes in the form of scrap from them! Thirdly, it slightly rebalances some of the recipies. E.g. since there is no beef resource in the game (yet), cows will now also produce rations! INDUSTRIALISATION BEGINS! All buildings now receive additional tier! Sadly no visual improvements... yet! Now you can properly industrialise your city! And guard it with some serious firepower of up to 8 soldiers and 3 repairmen! When I find a workaround of engine limitations not allowing us to produce in the city anything except "Resources", I will probably add more recipies. This mod is intended to work with my other mods but it currently works standalone! WARNING! Since it seems like the cities status (buildings, number of jobs are hardcoded into savegame files, the changes in the number of jobs are only implemented as intended only in the cities that haven't recieved upgrades. E.g. if you already built the Apartments lvl. 2 then you wouldn't be able to rent out them! If you build lvl. 3 upgrade you will receive only the bonus jobs for lvl. 3 but NOT for lvl. 2. So if you have developed your cities already, you will need to tamper with your savegames or... well, just start a new game! KNOWN ISSUE! THE FINAL UPGRADE MAKES BUILDINGS DISAPPEAR FROM THE MAIN CITY SCREEN! WORKING ON RESOLVING THE ISSUE! (Solved, hopefully!)
