Safe Gold

Previous mods put gold at about 2 billion or even more. The problem is, the game uses a 32-Bit Integer value for your gold amount with ring arithmetics. So if you have 1. 5 billion and try to pick up 1. 5 billion, the game will ask if your_gold + pick_up_gold < max_gold. This will result in an overflow, so 1. 5 billion + 1. 5 billion ~ -1 billion, so the game will think max_gold is not reached and so you get a negative amount of gold. Thanks.

This mod trims max gold amount to 1 billion (999 999 999).

You can still buy anything and you are safe from overflow, since max gold you can have is 1 billion + try to pick up 1 billion = 2 billion, so it still fits in 32-Bit Integer.

Also improved in UI the edit field for gold transfer, so you can write up to 11 digits now (enough for any int value)

PS: I tried to change the type of gold to something like unsigned int or long int to increase the gold value further, but this results in exceptions.

Also I could not find the algorithm for checking if your max_gold exceeds, it could be improved to enable having up to ~2 billion (2^31-1) gold.
