Wilder Weather

WHAT IS THIS MOD?

This mod looks to make changes in weather more pronounced and exciting, while also attempting to remain vanilla-friendly. Each region's weather has been replaced with more extreme versions to spice up some familiar locations. Areas now have more prominent weather effects, including fog, cascading rain, and even ash clouds.

PLEASE NOTE: All changes are purely cosmetic, and all environmental effects during combat are the same as vanilla. Additionally, visibility during rainstorms and other extreme weather might be slightly worse than it is in the base game, so do remember to keep your lantern lit.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES?

Vermund - Sunny weather now has clear skies, and cloudy weather is darker and foggier overall. Both drizzle and downpour rainfall have fog, with the heavier rainfall also having cascading rain effects similar to the frontier shrine.

Batthal - Like Vermund, sunny weather also has clear skies and even harsher sunlight than the base game. Cloudy, drizzle, and downpour weather all have more fog and the same heavy rain effects as the frontier shrine.

Agamen Volcanic Island - This area now uses Unmoored World weather effects to simulate volcanic ash clouds. Additionally, most weather has a slight foggy tint to it to represent the volcanic activity occurring on the island.

INSTALLATION

Requires REFramework and Content Editor

1. Install Fluffy Mod Manager.

2. Place the zip file into the Fluffy Mod Manager\Games\DragonsDogma2\Mods folder.

3. Install this mod and Content Editor's Weather Editors in the mod manager

4. If it isn't already, enable the mod in the Content Editor Database.
