this was originally a mod I made just for fun, but a couple friends thought it looked cool, so I'm uploading it for anyone who might want to use it.
(DISCLAIMER: this texture does NOT work with VERY specific cut scenes and the head on the wagon. there's not much I can do there, and I don't want to dig up the wagon's textures for such a small mod.)
also please note that you only see literally 2 black hydras in the whole game, making this mod a bit useless, but cool imo nonetheless.
