📋 About This Mod
No Menu Healing is a mod for Dragon's Dogma Dark Arisen that removes all methods of healing health, stamina and status instantly via the menu. Makes for riskier, but more rewarding combat.
This means players will need to find opportunities to restore health and heal physical status effects and debuffs using items with short casting animations.
Such items (Jewels of Health, Endurance and Vicissitude, and Isometricine) are now available at Aestella's shop in Cassardis and Camellia's shop in Gran Soren, to be bought in infinite quantity.
The prices of the Jewels have also been reduced, by about 2/3 for Health and Endurance, and by 1/2 for Vicissitude.
Items that formally allowed menu healing are all reclassified as materials and will no longer function.
This also includes some tools that allowed healing of status via Impervious (Monk's Periapt and Sobering Wine).
The function of other tools have also been changed (Pilgrim's Charm no longer grants Impervious, and Ne'er-Do-Part now grants Weal and Prosperity).
The following files will be replaced, so be sure to back them up in seperate a location before installation:
rom/bbs_rpg.arc
rom/npc/f00/npc010.arc
