Immortal Hero Vestments (MALE ONLY)

This mod replaces the chest, legs and arms pieces of Immortal's Armor set.

• []The chest piece is replaced by the crimson Royal Grand Surcoat model.

  []The arm armor is replaced by the Hero's Gauntlets model.

  []The leg armor is replaced by a customized Hero's Cuisses model.

  Each piece is available as a separate download. Use all of them or just the ones you like!

    To install the Surcoat:

      To install the arm armor:

          To uninstall any of the pieces you installed, delete the corresponding ARC file and replace it with the backup you took.

          Q: Why does the leg armor have steel-toed leather boots instead of the plated cuisses?

          A: Because the cuisses and articulated sabatons (especially with the hooked toe piece like what we have in the game) were normally worn when fighting on horseback (as your legs and feet would be at the perfect height for the infantry to stab and chop at). When fighting on foot was expected, knights and men-at-arms often wore regular boots in place of lower-leg armor, as they were notably easier to walk and run in. Also, striking lower legs and feet was not common in this scenario (as it would put the attacker in a vulnerable position). Since there is no cavalry in Gransys and our Arisen spends a great deal of time running and climbing, the boots make more sense.
