Dear community,

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to address the status of the Dragons Oath project.

Due to recent events in my personal life, including the completion of my studies, along with my involvement in other hobbies such as music, drawing, and modding other games, I regret to inform you that I am unable to continue working on the Dragons Oath modification.

Modding Dragons Dogma has proven to be incredibly time-consuming, especially considering its console nature and the numeric-based descriptions of many features, making it challenging for human comprehension.

Furthermore, with the eagerly anticipated release of Dragons Dogma 2 already announced, I find it difficult to justify further investment in the current modification project. Therefore, I have decided to officially conclude the support for the mod. It will remain in its current state, as it is.

I appreciate the support and enthusiasm you have shown for this project, and I apologize for any inconvenience this decision may cause.

Additionally, I want to note that all information I have discovered during the development process of Dragons Oath is publicly available on GitHub.

If anyone is interested in continuing the project, I am open to passing it on to them.

🐉 Dragon's Oath - The Claw bundle:

This bundle is focused on changing and adjusting the combat system in the Dragon's Dogma. It affects all the weapons and their skills. For more details please check out the mod description below and changelogs.

BEFORE INSTALLATION REMEMBER TO MAKE A BACKUP!

Installation:

Mystic KnightModified all shield skills and enchantments (also for swords and maces) which stay a little longer and add more magic power. Now enhanced shields are able to heal on the block. Holy Aid skills are healing more than vanilla.

Holy Glare is more useful, drains fixed stamina amounts for each upgrade from pawns on the covered area.

Magic Cannon duration is extended, a small amount of gravity is added to the projectiles, an auto-targeting system is adjusted.

Thundercounter frames bug is fixed.

Blocking is slightly easier.

Funnel Sigil skills duration slightly increased up to 33 seconds.

Sigils' area slightly increased.
