Truly Powerful Transformations and Bosses Rebalance

Description

Unlocking a new transformation should feel incredible and be in its own class of power, not provide a small stat upgrades. The small changes in power always bothered me as immersion is my favorite thing in gaming. A Dragon Ball game should be a true power fantasy. This mod aims to restore that feeling by dramatically increasing the impact of transformations while scaling major story bosses accordingly.

The result is a progression system where every new form feels meaningful, every major boss feels appropriately powerful, and the gap between different tiers of power more closely reflects the source material.  (SD version only). This mod is meant for a fresh playthrough, but can be added anytime.

Transformation Rebalance:

Kaioken

Kaioken has been redesigned to function as a powerful burst transformation fueled by rapid energy expenditure rather than self-inflicted damage. The form leaves you drained and defenseless.

The legendary Super Saiyan transformation now delivers the overwhelming increase in power we all wanted as a kid. ~5x scaling (not lore accurate 50x as the game falls apart starting with such a crazy scale...trust me you still feel the power).
