No Rain in Minrathous

This mod disables the rain in Minrathous.

Disclaimer: it does so everywhere else as well. Locations affected aside from Minrathous:

- The Ritual Site

- Rivain (Taash's quests)

- The Anderfels: Griffon Aerie (Davrin's recruitment)

Limitations:

- the puddles are missing in Minrathous but their sound and splashy anim is there

- I did my best to remove any rain sounds, but they might pop up anyways (eg. in cutscenes)

- affects Minrathous in all its stages

Installation:

Requires Joel560's Frosty release. If you are unsure how to install, here is a tutorial by PinkyDude on how to do it.
