Multiple Lineages (Races) for Rook and Mage Dialogue Options for All Classes

As of version 2. 0, all restrictions for installation have been removed. All modules can be installed together at the same time and perform correctly. 

An offshoot of the Multiple Factions Mod that a few people requested and I finally pulled myself together enough to share.

This mod makes the game recognise you as another lineage in addition to the one chosen in the CC, giving you access to that lineage's unique dialogue. Or makes the game see you as a mage for dialogue purposes (does NOT affect gameplay).

If you want to actually change your lineage, and not add another one on top, considering using the Save Editor instead.

Q&A

1. Can this be installed in the middle of a playthrough?

Yes. All my testing was done mid-playthrough on various saves.

2. Has this mod been tested?

Not more than to take screenshots for the image tab, and since these mods were made at user requests, I won't be using them in my current playthrough and don't plan to test them further. Based on other dialogue mods I've made, I don't think this mod should cause any game-breaking bugs, but all Veilguard modding is at an experimental stage. It's recommended you back up your files before using the mod.

3. Can multiple modules be installed at the same time?

Yes. All testing of this mod has been done with multiple modules installed. As of version 2. 0, you can install any module while playing as Rook of any race or class.

4. What if there are multiple lineage-specific lines available for a single dialogue?

4. 1 If those are dialogue options, they will all display on screen at the same time

4. 2 However, if we are talking about mutually-exclusive lines that are triggered on their own in dialogue without the player's input, then, based on the Multiple Factions Mod, only one out of multiple available lines will trigger. The priority order seems to change between different scenes.

The game also seems to favour your CC-chosen class/lineage during the unpacking scene.
