📋 About This Mod
Install using Frosty Mod Manager.
These mods ONLY effects Minrathous, when you're in Minrathous. Treviso will be fine.
Combine these mods to determine how much Minrathous is affected by the dragon attack. You can enable and disable any of these whenever.
(Did you know at one point the Shadow Dragon hub wasn't going to be destroyed if you picked Treviso? That there's a bunch of dialogue related to that? Now you can hear it!)
(Note: Neve . 8 and Weird Quests . 8 had an issue where you'd be unable to get Hero of the Veilguard for Neve. That's been fixed in . 9)
Base Version:
- Shadow Dragon Hub saved
- Have conversations with Viper and Tarquin about the effects of the attack
- "Soul of A City" quest available--pick the new Archon!
- Apart from that, quests are not changed.
- So you'll still get the quests that you'd get for not saving Minrathous, like "Rituals for the Risen"
Some of the quests, especially the first, are a little silly with this mod enabled. Still playable!
Weird Quests:
This disables the first two quests relating to not saving Minrathous--(imo) the most immersion-breaking--while leaving the rest.
- (thank you to zohaletha for pointing out that disabling all of them messed with Neve's later quests)
- You'll still take the faction loss from not saving Minrathous, though
Neve Quests:
Changes Neve's companion quests so that it's like you saved Minrathous
- The "Cobbled Swan Case" will still be in the Critical Path, but you get the "Companion Quest" version.
- You get to hear Cida sing!
- Rana can help with Aelia instead of Elek
- Neve can be an Inspiration or a Protector
- "The Local Hero"/"The New Boss" respectively unlocks
- A few more quests unlock?
Flavor Texts and Light Quests:
Affects various little flavour conversations and missions around Minrathous so that don't think the Venatori are in charge
- So that's the 'Free Buskers' mission and the Candlehop mission, etc.
- There SHOULDN'T be anyone talking about blight happening in Treviso
- But also there are a lot of flavour texts. I may have missed a few.
Neve/Luc Patch:
- If you're using my 'MRM with NPC Romance', and you want the Neve and Lucanis romance to trigger, you should install this further down in the load order than Neve Quests (if you're using it) & any MRM mods.
A gameplay mod for Dragon Age: The Veilguard that lets players who chose Treviso decide how much Minrathous is affected, unlocking cut dialogue. With 159 endorsements and 7,510 downloads, it's a niche but appreciated addition for narrative-focused players.
✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Unlocks content you'd otherwise miss (cut dialogue)
- Gives you control over a major story consequence
- Solid community traction (159 endorsements, 7.5k downloads)
⚠️ Cons
- Only affects one specific choice—if you always pick Minrathous, this mod does nothing for you
- Last updated in April 2025—may not be compatible with future game patches
For Dragon Age: The Veilguard players who want to tweak the narrative consequences of choosing Treviso and see content that was cut. Skip if you're looking for gameplay overhauls or if you never pick Treviso.
