Immersive Starting Armor

So we all know that the starting armor isn't great, and I had noted on Reddit that it was a bit weird that say a Grey Warden suddenly had trash armor.

I wanted to fix that, so now I have.

It will not show in the CC but you will be wearing it at the start.

There is NOW a compatible personal swap library file in the optional files.

They are NOT being supported by me.

So far I have done:

Antivan Crows - 3 Versions (plus an additional safe for all races version)

Grey Wardens - 3 Versions 

Lords of Fortune - 1 Version

Mourn Watch - 2 Versions (With and without jewelry for the Rogue/Mage Outfit)

Shadow Dragons - 4 Versions (3 Basic and 1 Commoner  with Viper themed Recolors)

Veil Jumpers - 3 Versions (Warrior and Mage are the same, 3 variations of the Rogue option)

Veilguard - 2 Versions ( V1 featuring the Rebel's Robe (Iconic Mage) Fix by radiuhoh. Thank them here!!)
