Dock Town at Night and Twilight

3rd lighting mod in my series of sky mods. All this mod does is change the sky in Dock Town with two different options to pick from: night or twilight. I also made versions to get rid of the rain since some people might be bothered that it's raining without much cloud cover in the sky. Originally this was only supposed to be a nighttime sky but during the process of trying stuff out, I ended up with an in between twilight type of sky and liked it too much not to use it. I also made the windows more vibrant in the nighttime version to give off more city at night vibes. I did try to add a moon but Dock Town specifically just refuses to accept the moon. Either the game immediately crashes or no moon shows up period. What a diva.

Changing the skies in Veilguard is very time consuming and maddening but I love giving you guys things to make new playthroughs more unique and fun. Keep your eyes peeled for more sky mods in the future. And share screenshots if you have any! I love seeing cool screenshots~
