As of December 2024, Veilguard modding is in its infancy. There is no guarantee that mods will work 100% of the time (especially if the game

gets updated) or that they won't cause any issues later down the line.

• []There is currently a known bug that seems to affect EBX mods, but not all of them, and not

  for all users. The game might crash at the end of the cutscene with

  Bellara after recruiting Lucanis. Wavebend is looking into fixing the

  issue, so please be patient.

  []You might also experience crashing when loading into or traveling to the Lighthouse with certain

  mods enabled. In my experience, this happens only in the early game, as I

  am consistently able to load saves in the Lighthouse from later in the

  game and not get any crashes, even when earlier saves crashed This is

  related to the same problem as the Bellara crash, so it should hopefully

  be fixed too once the modding tools get updated.
