TWW Bug Update:  The design goal of TWW was to support all gender/race combos for the warden player.  This was achieved for all Companions.  For reasons too complicated to repeat, this design goal was not followed for some “NPC elements” of TWW that were added towards the end of the TWW design cycle.  This results in two symptoms.  One symptom is that an NPC dialogue will use an incorrect gender reference for the warden player.  The other symptom is that any related cut scene may use the incorrect body model for the warden player.  These symptoms will not occur if the warden player is female (elf or human).  For a particular NPC, either or both symptoms will occur with a dwarf warden player and may occur with a male warden player (elf or human).  This problem applies to the “Wynne at Ostagar” (post-Korcari) dialogue and also applies to many (but not all) of the NPC’s contained in the “TWW Warden’s Diversions” folder.

This problem is no longer correctable.  For TWW users who feel that this problem breaks “immersion”, the following actions are suggested.  It is suggested that dwarf warden players (either gender) should delete the “TWW_Wardens_Diversions” folder and the “Wynne Ostagar v2" sub-folder contained in the “TWW_Wynnes_Demon” folder.  For male warden players (elf or human), suggest that the user delete any of the particular “TWW_Wardens_Diversions” NPC sub-folders where your in-game experience breaks “immersion”.  So long as the user has a save-game prior to entering the area where that particular NPC is first met, that particular NPC sub-folder can be deleted without having to start a new game.  The user can also check the contents of each NPC sub-folder for the existence of “CUT” file names that include a suffix of “HM” or “EM” or “M”.  This will indicate if that NPC supports a male warden player (elf or human).

THE WARDEN’S WOMEN (DAO_TWW), A MOD FOR DAO

SHORT DESCRIPTION:

This Mod is an adult re-interpretation of the DAO companions and their potential relationships with the Warden Player.  Lore is ‘bent but not broken”.  The Warden Player may be of any gender, race, or origin.  And the Warden Player always has the option to “just say no” with regards to developing a personal relationship with any particular companion.  This Mod includes extensive computer-generated Voice-Overs (English language only).  Based on player feedback, most players have found the Voice-Overs to be acceptable/good.  The main section of this Mod changes two companions (Sten and Zevran) to the female gender.  The characters of Leliana, Morrigan, and Wynne have also been revised.  The TWW Mod is installed as an “override mod” (copied into the overri
