The Ancient Darkspawn's Blade

The Ancient Darkspawn is a special opponent, encountered during the An Admirable Topsider quest in the Deep Roads. Such enemy deserves to have a distinctive weapon to be equipped with - The Dark Blade. A powerful greatsword, yet as any object wielded by the darkspawn, it's tainted, which is mirrored in the stats:

The default material: Silverite (Tier 6), upgradable to Dragonbone

+4 to damage, it helps to offset the negative damage from the property below

-2 to Willpower and Constitution, even a Grey Warden feels its negative power while using this weapon

Low Morale: a property restored in Dain's Fixes, which is a requirement for it to work properly

The mod also included an equipment bugfix - the darkspawn wears an incomplete Heavy Chainmail set, without the gloves. The gloves have been added, the set is complete.

Also, in his possession one can find an item that had once belonged to some unfortunate Warden - Grey Warden Helmet. The item was given some lore and an immersive negative bonus to Willpower. It's now always droppable, instead of being a random drop.

It must be installed before entering the Dead Trenches location for the first time.
