English Subtitle Fixes

This kind of bugs was something I tried to fix relatively early during my work on Blick's Fixes. For technical reasons, unknown at that time, I couldn't get them fully fixed.

Thanks to @Blacknigh's help with the localisation work on quite a few mods, I've finally managed to fix a few things in the EN dialogues. In 2. 0, the mod's structure has been completely reworked - it no longer uses .dlg files, but .tlk directly.

It's a good solution, on one condition - if you have toolset-exported .dlg files in the override, the fixes can be overriden by vanilla lines that still contain errors. I made sure it doesn't happen while using Qwinn's Fixpack and Blick's Fixes though, so if you use ENSF and QF+BF together, everything is going to work as intended.

Changed dialogues:

1) Denerim, the Gnawed Noble Inn bartender - the issue found by @vampirecoffee. When the player turns in a finished task for the Interested Parties.

Vanilla line: <desc>He nods discretely, and makes note of the recognition you are owed.</desc>

Fixed line: As @vampirecoffee rightly noticed, it should've been "discreetly" in the subtitle.

2) Denerim Alienage, Caladrius - this one was very satisfying to fix at last. It was an edit I had to remove from Blick's FIxes, as it didn't work correctly back then.

Vanilla line: One can hardly get a word out of Regent Loghain besides "Warden" these days. It surpassed even "gold" in popularity.

Fixed line: The actor actually says "One can hardly get a word out of the Regent besides(...)"

3) 2. 0 - Brecillian Forest, Dalish Camp, Lanaya - reported to me by @HyppieDBArt.

Vanilla line: The keepers of those clans have the strongest and purest blood that reaches back to the days of Arlathan.

Fixed line: The actress speaks one more word in her line, The keepers of those old clans have the strongest and purest blood that reaches back to the days of Arlathan.

4) Denerim Alienage, Devera - immediately after meeting her, the player has a few options to greet her. One of them stands out:

Vanilla line: No interference in what? What is going on, here?

Fixed line: No interference in what? What is going on here?

5) Warden's Keep, Sophia Dryden - reported to me by @skynetassassin

Vanilla line: Why should I  should I trust a demon? Yes, the space was there too.

Fixed line: Why should I trust a demon?
