Promises of Pride

There's a strange bug that prevents the player from obtaining the missing Promises of Pride codex entries. The first, fourth, fifth and sixth entry are dropped correctly by Rage Abominations on the 1st, 3rd and 4th floor of the Tower. Unfortunately, the notes that are supposed to drop from abominations on the second floor (Senior Mage Quarters) don't drop, these opponents don't leave the necessary 'Pile of Rags' after we defeated them.

Update: according to @matheus375, it can be explained by wrong tags set for the abominations in the second floor .are file. I'm inclined to agree it must've caused it.

I came up with restoring the entries in an immersive way, so that we can finally collect ALL six. I added the notes to placeables around the 2nd floor of the Tower.

In the 1. 1 version, there was a certain issue with one note found in another place if we re-entered the floor with the mod on. I wrote where to find it in that case, but I wasn't content with it. @BadLife's mention about localisations convinced me it was a good time to deal with it. The notes are now found in slightly different places, it's explained below, you can also refer to the screenshots.

The second note, written by Enchanter Boson, is to be found next to Owain, in a pile of filth.

The third note is hidden in a pile of books, found in the room adjacent to where we encounter a trio of blood mages.

Another bug was fixed as well, a typo in the first note made the subsequent journal entries be displayed entirely in italics. This fix is not available in the localised 1. 2 version, it works only for the English localisation.
