📋 About This Mod

From azganoth's generator:
Scans your override folder for custom character resources (presets, hairs, skin tones, hair colors etc) then generates a single chargenmorphcfg.xml file containing all of it.
Resources are declared in the order they are found. Duplicates are ignored (only the last one is used).
The underlying logic of how the generator works is pretty much exactly the same as azganoth's (there was a bug with an index being out of bounds that should be fixed now), with my main addition being the ability to set your own paths for scanning and outputting, whereas azganoth's automatically used your override folder.
For most people this tool isn't needed, and the original will work great (aside from the aforementioned index bug) if you are modding DAO via the override folder. However, I made it because I started using Mod Organizer 2 (which I highly recommend) instead of my override folder, and with that your mods are no longer in override. So this was a tool I put together to give the user the option to use their own paths for the scanned folder and the cfg output folder.
Usage
Download and extract chargenmorph-generator-paths.exe anywhere you'd like and run it. You'll have a quick little setup asking you to paste your paths, then a check that they're correct. Then it'll go through same process as the og tool and generate your chargenmorphcfg.xml, just this time using paths of your choosing instead of override (though you could still choose override for either or both paths).
If you do want to compile yourself instead here's how:
[]Download the source files, and extract it to a new folder somewhere, maintaining the file structure (both .rs files in src, everything else in the root of whatever folder you extract to).[/]
[]Install cargo, you can do so by running the following in your terminal: "pip install cargo"[/]
[]Once cargo is installed, navigate to the folder you extracted in the terminal, then enter the following: "cargo build --release" [/]
[]You should see some stuff pop up in the terminal about it compiling, and once it's complete you'll have a whole bunch of folders in the project folder. Just go to target -> release -> chargenmorph-generator-with-paths.exe and run said exe. This is the same exe (just compiled by you instead of me) as I have posted on here and on the github, so it should run the same![/]
[*]Any questions feel free to ask until the main file gets verified. Once it is I'll move the compile instru
