📋 About This Mod
There are some weapons in Dragon Age: Awakening that I really like, but rarely get to use. Of course \"Awakening in the OC\" (http://dragonage.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=920) might easily change that, but, being somewhat shallow, I just care for the weapons\' looks and not their abilities. So this mod will add several weapons that use models found in Awakening to Bodahn\'s inventory. EDIT: It has been pointed out that Bodahn throws these weapons out when he restocks after the first archdemon dream. Obviously I did not mean this to happen. Seeing how I thought I\'d prevented this but apparently failed, I won\'t argue with Bodahn any more and am taking my business elsewhere. The second version of this file adds the weapons to The Wonders of Thedas, where they don\'t throw away useful items. Because of personal preferences and/or lack of imagination, all but one of these weapons have exactly the same stats as weapons that already are in the game (or at least close to that). Added: Upon excellent request, an additonal file will add two daggers that use the model of \"Voice of Velvet\", found in Awakening, to the inventory of the Tranquil Proprietor in The Wonders of Thedas store (in Denerim). One of the daggers has the same stats as \"Duncan\'s Dagger\" (only with additional armour penetration), and the other one uses the stats of \"The Rose\'s Thorn\". Both daggers are scaleable. ******** Unzip the file with 7zip or whatever you prefer to unzip archives, then install the DAZIP within with DAO-Modmanager, DAupdater or whatever you prefer to use to install DAZIPs. You probably should use a program that lets you easily uninstall it again, which DAupdater doesn\'t do. If this mod doesn\'t do what it should, or is otherwise annoying or not working, I\'d like to hear about it. (If it does exactly what it should, I wouldn\'t mind to hear, either.) ***** NOTES There are some weapons you get for free in the game, so, \"logically\", their counterparts have only the base cost of the material plus Bodahn\'s special discount. Others are expensive, and still Bodahn sells them for a little less than what their counterparts would cost. He\'s weird like that. ******** DETAILS - The staff \"Dancing under the Moon\" uses the model of \"Lamppost in Winter\" and the stats of \"Staff of the Magister Lords\". It radiates cold instead of doing additional fire damage. - The staff \"Fadelight\" uses the model of \"Spellfury\" and somewhat arbitrary stats. Its base damage type is lightning. - The longsword \"Vigilance\" uses... the model of \"Vigilance\" and the stats of \"Starfang\". It has +4 damage instead of Starfang\'s +3 to make up for the fact that dragonbone has less armour penetration, base damage, and critical chance than starmetal. - The greatsword \"Deliberation\" uses the model of the \"Vigilance\" greatsword and the stats of the Starfang greatsword. It has +4 s
