I use 3 hair mods that I switch between when it suits me. They're all too perfect for him to stick with just one! Also, you might notice his eyes are sometimes purple, sometimes green; this is because I've always thought it a neat idea that as the Mark spreads, it changes the Herald's eye color. So Tolion's eyes are naturally purple and fade to green over time.
