Hair Recolor Utility - The Hair Recolor Utility is a mod, but it is not a .dai file, so it does not go into your mod folder. - Once you have downloaded the HRCU, extract all of the files into a folder, I would recommend creating a folder for it. - Open up the folder that has the HRCU program in it, then start Dragon Age Inquisition. - Pick you race, class, difficulty, etc. - Once the Character Creator pops up, you're going to want to select the third preset. - After selecting the third preset, click on the general tab and select whichever hair color you want. This will effect the eyebrow color. - After that, alt tab out of the game and right click on the HRCU program, and select "Run as an Administrator" - The HRCU will pop up, and you will notice a few options. - You're going to select with race and gender your character is. After that, click initialize. - This will take a few seconds, and the HRCU will freeze momentarily but that is normal, so just wait. - After the HRCU has finished initializing, you'll notice that you are now able to click on things again. - Click on the bar that is below the "Initialize" button, that is the list of all of available hair colors.
Keep in mind that the HRCU is picky! It doesn't always work on the first try, and that is normal so don't panic. If that happens, just exit out of the game and the HRCU, and repeat the process.
