DelayLoadBundle Resource Editor

This tool allows you to import, merge/edit and save delayloadbundle files.

Delayloadbundle files state which bundles are delay-loaded from a starting bundle, and each of those bundles are accessed with a Hash.

For instance, abilities in will use a PartitionBundleReference (hash) in their _abilitydata files to inform the game which bundle to load its data from

To merge delayloadbundle files, first import a base file, then press merge to import as many files as you want on top of the base file
