Templar Variety - DA2

Templar hunters bouncing around in full robes have always made me snort.  Since DAI introduced new lighter options for both templar hunters and archers, I thought I'd make them use those instead.  ;)

(yeah, I know there were two templar archer armors in DAI, but I prefer the reskinned Fugitive's Mantle to the reskinned Chantry robes)

Replaces NPC templar appearances, as well as rogue templar armor dropped by enemies.  Also gives random headmorphs to a few templars who were missing them.

Optional - Some characters were unexpectedly wearing light armors, and were thus affected.  These UTC edits change them into heavy armor.  So far, I've found Wesley, Emeric, & Varnell.
