I was shocked when DA2 took out the class and very surprised mages could not even use a sword/shield/2 handed weapon. It seems the Arcane Warrior class is truly dead in DA2. I have scanned the internet looking for some sort of DA2 Arcane Warrior build (without cheating), but no one has posted any information -- my guess is that everyone gave up. Determined to try and make an Arcane Warrior, I restarted a mage and played through Act 1 in a party on nightmare mode. Since this was my first time playing a mage, I used the party to familiarize myself with the mage class. Not really even sure how I came up with such a crazy build to be honest. The mage is level 13, wearing items bought from ACT 2 vendors, using the Magister Scythe. Full sustain spells, zero mana.
