Better and Evolving Companion Weapons

I like the idea of having companion specific weapons. But I hate the fact that they are pretty much useless after a few minutes playing. As a result I altered them to let them level with you. Additionally I gave them some passive stats so they can compete with items you can find later in the game. You'll no longer have to compare your new found items with those of your followers.

For the stats take a look at the pictures. Keep in mind that the numbers are based off of your level. All weapons for one character share the stats. It's just a aesthetic choice.

- Aveline: Chevalier's Reach, Ser Wesley's Shield, Shield of the Knight Herself

- Bethany: Birchcore, Staff of the New Growth (Circle), Staff of the Blighted Heartwood (Warden)

- Carver: Longbar Blade, Grace-Maker, Seeker of the Gray

- Fenris: Lethendralis, Blade of Mercy

- Isabela: Backstabber, Heartbreaker

- Merrill: Vir Tasallan

- Sebastian: Temperance, Starkhaven Longbow

Installation:

1. Download the file from the download section. In case you use Nexus Mod Manager and download this mod with it skip the following two steps.

2. Unpack the folder you downloaded with a tool like 7zip.

3. Drop the unpacked file into your override folder, located in: /Documents/BioWare/Dragon Age 2/packages/core/override.

4. Start the game and have fun!

- Delete or move the mod folder out of the override directory. Or just deactivate it in Nexus Mod Manager in case you use it.
