PLEASE HOLD

Scrounged up letters and text messages has linked the previous terrorist cell to a building leased by people conducting scam calls. Normally we'd route information about petty scammers to local authorites, but since it came from dangerous people, it's our business. Analysts deduced that the funds gathered here are in support of insurgent cells roughing up the populous for political reasons, whatever they might be. Go in, catch whoever's in charge, and cut off that stream of money. Hostiles are aware of our presence, expect an alert enemy.
