More doctrine points

Increasing maximum doctrine points to 45 (60 for CIA) instead of 30 on all type of squads (Rangers, CIA, SWAT). How is it work? Now you`re getting 3 doctrine points per squad level instead of 2, so you if want 45 points, you still gonna need level up your squad to max level first, for that you can use my map for leveling up your squads https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2492847526 NOT COMPATIBLE WITH ANY MOD THAT CHANGES units.xml There is no way to make them compatible, those (and my) mods both overrides units.xml, but you can follow the guide below how to manually combine it with ANY mod.
