No, what you are seeing are extra uniforms, only available if you install another mod that allows you to meddle with hidden equipment slots, such as In-game Camo Selector or Trooper Toolkit. Just subscribe to either of them, select your uniform (this is important, or they will be just a flying helmet) and play! If you ask me which of them I recommend... whatever you like more. Camo Selector is more of a 'plug & play' mod, in the sense that is very straight forward, you just need to select a uniform from the new window in the portrait of your troopers and that's it.
