From intel gathered from HVT JEFE, we've got info on an insurgent HVT hiding out in a hotel in the city center. He's apparently bribed local law enforcement to avoid investigating the penthouse suite. As for the 'penthouse', it's still in a pretty run-down part of town, so it's mainly just the nicest unit in the place. However, this also means that he's been able to bring in lots of muscle. Elevators are likely being monitored, so you're inserting via the fire exit. Once you have the HVT in custody, you will bring him down via the elevators - despite surveillance, it's unlikely they will attempt to engage you with him in tow. -------------------------------------------------------------------- NOTE: May require Black Powder Red Earth mod.
