ZAAEF'S SAFEHOUSE

The cellphone belonging to the late "Small Time" was recovered in the last operation. We're taking our business to the outer edges of Capital City, where the last of the leading figures organizing the kidnapping campaign resides. With his peers dead or captured, and successful operations against his kidnapping campaign rendering it a failure, Target: "No Time" has taken into hiding, knowing he's being hunted. Enter the area and capture him alive, as well as eliminating the insurgent element guarding him. Civlians are present in the AO. We've had reports increased numbers of civilians acting as scouts for the insurgents during the course of this civil war. Analysis of the area reveals the upper road and our entry point to be a likely route for enemy reinforcements.
