Insurgents are attacking an allied contractor FOB we've been personally using. Looks like that "small time courier" was someone much larger in the Nowheraki underground, and his capture sparked increased insurgent attacks. The team needs to leave the area, but it would be a bad idea to leave behind some heavy duty stuff we've supplied the contractors. Destroy our munitions. After that, round up any contractors you come across and exfil the area. There's a huge concentration of hostiles closing in, and it's advised that whoever's stuck in this building doesn't linger.
