Operation Nail: Phase 5 - Neglected Paradise

Looks like we found out who supplied the precinct raid. A middle level arms dealer going by the name "Horn". According to our most recent intel he is currently at his house meeting with a new potential client. Your mission is to extract Horn alive. Stealth is paramount on this mission, as Horn funds a small private army. Located in a barracks North-West of the main target building. If your team is compromised be prepared for a fight, we cant retreat as Horn will vanish and we're back to square one. We managed to hack his front door camera feed, that should help provide a early warning if things go sour. We dont have much on what this guy looks like. Satellite photos from earlier today shows Horn wearing a tan hat. Wish we had more to help I. D. Good luck.
