INTEL PACKET - OPERATION GRAPHITE FALL Date & Time: Mar. 27, 2022 - 1425hrs Target Location: high-end civilian residential complex 10km outside of Lahore, Pakistan Enemy Personnel: 1x HVT (kill/capture orders), small security detail Civilian Presence: Unknown, but likely Friendly Personnel: 1x four-man team from CIA Special Activities Division - Special Operations Group (SAD-SOG) Good job in Karachi, boys. Your work in sabotaging those munitions proved to be instrumental in figuring out our next step. We managed to maintain surveillance on the apartment complex after the raid, and learned that one Khalid ibn La'ahad was the intended buyer for these munitions. When he purchased them, he then sold them to a group of Taliban fighters just over the Afghan/Pakistan border. These fighters, however, weren't happy with the product; the TOW missiles detonated inside their launchers and killed several of them - now they want La'ahad to cough up some better product. La'ahad has had to source more munitions, as well as a TOW launcher to replace the one the Taliban guys lost; I'm sure you guys can imagine what they said they'd do to him if he didn't. We managed to put a tap on La'ahad's phone, and we just learned that he's had a fresh shipment of TOW missiles and a new launcher shipped to his house. He's on the phone with his Taliban contact as we speak, likely organising a time and place to make the deal. La'ahad is obviously not going to make that deal; at least, not his way. We're going to go in, sabotage the munitions, kill his security team and kidnap him. We're going to force him to re-organise the deal to a date and time of our own choosing, at which we'll ambush the Taliban contacts and kill them all.
