Added new function - Unmerge Mods

This lets you select a merged mods zip you've already made with the Atlan Mod Merger and separate the mods once again.

This is very helpful for updating mods within a merged mods zip.

Unfortunately, this functionality is only compatible with merged mods zips created using this new version of the Atlan Mod Merger and not previous versions

Also improved mod compatibility

What is it?

Some mods will change the same game files, and thus they will conflict.

The current Atlan Mod Loader chooses one of the mods to prioritise, and so it loads that one, and doesn't load the other one.

With this tool, you will be able to load both!

In theory, it should support all mods that edit text, even level mods - but I haven't tested this much since at the time of writing this there aren't many conflicting mods in general.

Installation instructions

Unzip the rar file wherever you want, e.g. a new folder in your DoomTheDarkAges folder

Run the Atlan Mod Merger.exe

How to use the tool

1. Make a new folder

2. Put the conflicting mod ZIP files you want to merge into that folder.

3. Open Atlan Mod Merger.exe.

4. Click "Choose Mods Folder" and choose the folder you made.

5. Click "Scan Mods".

6. 'MERGE' means the mods in this green group can be combined safely.

'CANNOT MERGE' means the mods in this red group cannot be combined safely, and so the tool will skip these.

7. If some of the mods can be merged, click "Merge Mods".

8. The tool will then create multiple mod zips, e.g. 'Merged Mods 1.zip', in the same directory. The darkages.txt inside each zip will tell you which mods were merged.

9. Move this merged mods zip to your mods folder, run Atlan mod loader as normal

* Don't use the original mod zips

I have tested this tool pretty thoroughly but if you notice any issues, let me know in the comments.
