Various Proteh Mods Updated

Fixes a select few of Proteh's old mods. This includes:

• []Remove First Person Hands Health Pickup Glow

  []Remove Weakpoint Highlighting (All Enemies)

  []Custom Glory Kill Highlight (Reduced Glow)

  []Nicer Loot Drop FX (Reduced Glow and No Tracers)

  This was done by moving the generated folder inside the ZIPs to gameresources. Though in some instances, they had to be moved to gameresources_patch1

  or gameresources_patch2.
