Unbalanced version difficulty is closer to Hell On Earth by MicrowaveBunny. The BGM volume is a bit low, you can adjust the volume setting.
You should start it from a new save,or the encounter in Slayer's Gate will crash.
If that still doesn’t fix it, try creating an ‘’overrides‘’ folder in your game root directory. Extract my mod, go into ‘’e3m1_slayer_patch2‘’, then find the ‘’generated‘’ folder inside. Copy and paste that generated folder into the overrides folder you just made in the root directory. This will fix the crash on both new and old saves.
