Allows you to use the precision bolt without seeing the scope animation
-Makes so that when using the alternate fire of the precision bolt the scope isn't pulled, making it more seamless to quickswap using the heavy cannon
(thxs to humam2104 (https://www.nexusmods.com/doometernal/mods/273/?tab=files) for the bases of this mod, as this just makes the animation of lifting the gun take longer and his makes it faster)
-The viewmodel fov mod or the hands_fovscale cammand will make it zoom like in vanilla
