Tweaks for magical staves. This is really just a quick and dirty mod to add damage to ice and fire staves. I wasn't going to bother posting it, but my wife wanted to run a server with it and I was having trouble making it sync without workshop support, so I posted it. It's configurable vis-a-vis damage.
