Wren the Uncaged. A friendly bird who's escaped her confines, here to survive the wilderness. Flaws: 75% Normal damage Gets hungry 1. 8x normal rate Starves to death 4x normal rate Half benefits of health and sanity from food. Perks: 125% Movement speed Fast Gathering Produces fertilizer, seeds and eggs Wren emulates the function of the caged bird. She has a very small stomach, gets hungry faster, and starves to death faster than normal. However, she can produce eggs, guano and seeds a bit better than a caged bird. So, although she must eat often, clever players can maximize the benefits of eating certain foods. However, she doesn't like to eat anything made with eggs (at least when it still looks like an egg.) She can't eat chocolate, as it's toxic to birds (certain event items.) And of course, she hates harming her bird friends. She's not well suited for combat, having a bellow average HP pool and dealing less damage, but she moves and gathers quickly, best suited for a supportive and base-building role. She starts with a shovel so she can get right to gathering materials to create her nest.
