📋 About This Mod
Our Scanner Layers are silent tonight. ... Though pilot, Would you take a look inside the first 'Pilox Layer Conductor' of our Scanner. It seems to be having trouble updating like the others. We'll place you in with a form that you'll most likely find suitable, a training exercise program. Modified and repurposed from an old file for 'Reactor Meltdown Defusion'. We recommend completeing this update in a rather quick fasion. The sooner the Scanner's fully online the better we can gain contact with any signals in the future. Thank you for your time once again Pilot. -The Alliance, Second Observation Division. ------------------------------------------------------------------ : ----------------------------------- TntMatthew; First of all, I realise its not as good as Inferno, though I doubt I'll ever make an Inferno II seeing as it'll never live up to the hype (sequels never do (Games or Movies)) but, I do agree in that It's not very straight forward. I was trying to work with Inferno's 2-D esc map design in that the path is symetrical to your left and right wilst trying to only use 90 degree angled roads as a personal design challenge (I do these PDC's alot when making several different maps.) and in doing so I found it a bit difficult to push the player in a specific direction, though I did as best I could, I should probably do somthing else in the future. (Not all idea's I do work out. (And no, im not gonna put Arrow's everywhere, I find that to be personally very lazy design choices even if they DO work. (I'm stubbern.))) Anyway, as for the large gaps, yes you are correct, they are ment to be leaps' of faith, though now that I watch most people's replays of such an indevour, I see now that it probably wasn't the best choice. In future as always I'll be learning more as I go. Thanks for the feed-back! This map was apart of the "Factor" Map-Pack, Support future Pack creation: https://www.patreon.com/backgrounds
