It shouldn't be effected by the temperatures outside of your vehicle as long as you keep your In-core pressure down. If you can't keep the coolant cold, it will most certainly cause a elemental fissure that will resault in an almost instant explosion! Your looking for "Core-12", it will be hidden behind a large Gate so that it is not troubled by any alien radiation. Within this chamber you will feel sudden amounts of antimatter chemicals that will cause a loss of gravity. Once inside, find the Transfer Device and upload yourself with the coolant into the mainframe. The System will naturally begin to reject the coolant slightly before the upload begins, but you should be able to by-pass its waves with your rear thruster.
