Dishonored Remastered (Badreny's Reshade)

Dishonored is my #1 game and has been since launch, 10 years ago now, and in honor of this milestone I have compiled a list of reshade effects that make the game look even more stunning than before. Keeping the art style and direction this preset adds more realistic color grading, better looking textures (paired with the HD texture pack this is only amplified) a few post processing effects such as DOF and bloom, as well as a few other things which are  tuned to make the game look incredible, though yes this statement is subjective.

-NEED RESHADE-

this is simply a reshade preset, nothing more or less.

-ENABLE THIS TO FIX EFFECTS LOOKING WEIRD-

To fix the depth problems with reshade you need to enable the "Copy depth buffer before clear operations" setting under the add-ons section in the reshade menu if it isn't enabled otherwise a large portion of effects wont work and the game will look very weird.

the brightness used to configure these settings were aligned with the "until you can barely see the last symbol" on the slider, though this can be turned up if it is too dark.

I recommend using the HD Texture pack uploaded by FCH823 but this is optional

I also recommend changing your .ini settings to change your shadow resolution and other tweaks to make game look generally better.

this likely will impact fps by a large amount but due to my specs I cant see much of a difference. If any major drops occur I recommend turning off DOF and other non lighting and color grading effects to keep the look.

There is (at least for me) a noise-like effect but it isn't that noticeable and seems to be universal with reshade

It seems playing at higher resolutions than 1080p will cause a graphical glitch which is yet to be resolved to my knowledge. I recommend playing at 1080p to avoid this!

if effect files are not found, make sure you hit "Check all" when installing reshade the first time. This installs all effects needed for the preset to work.
